How much does STD testing cost at Quick Test Health Services?

Our Comprehensive STD Panel is $225 and includes testing for HIV, Herpes 1 & 2, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Syphilis. Can I walk in for STD testing, or do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome at Quick Test Health Services! No appointment necessary. We're open Monday-Friday 7 am-6 pm

and Saturday 7 am-2 pm. Most visits take 15-20 minutes from check-in to checkout.

Are you open on weekends for STD testing?

Yes! We're open every Saturday from 7 am-2 pm for all STD testing services, including our Comprehensive STD Panel ($225), individual tests, and rapid HIV testing (30-minute results). We're one of the few Mesa labs offering Saturday STD testing with no appointment needed.

Do I need to fast or prepare before STD testing?

No fasting required. You can eat and drink normally before your visit.

One recommendation: For urine-based tests (chlamydia and gonorrhea), try to avoid urinating for 1-2 hours before testing if possible. This isn't required, but it helps ensure we get an adequate urine sample.

That's it! No other preparation needed. Just walk in when convenient.

Can my partner and I get tested together? 

Yes! Many couples come in together for STD testing here at Quick Test Health Services. Here's how it works:

Each person:

• Completes their own registration

• Pays separately ($225 per person for Comprehensive Panel)

• Provides their own samples

• Receives their own results privately

Important privacy note: Due to HIPAA privacy laws, we cannot share one partner's results with the other partner. Each person receives only their own results. You can share your results with each other voluntarily, but we cannot do it for you.

Do I need a doctor's order to get STD testing?

No! Quick Test Health Services provides the doctor's order for you - no referral or prescription needed. We offer direct-to-consumer lab testing, which means:

• Walk in without a doctor's referral 

•  We provide the lab order

•  Get tested immediately

•  Receive your results directly

If you test positive and need treatment, we'll provide guidance and referrals to healthcare providers who can prescribe antibiotics or other medications. But you don't need to see a doctor first to get tested.

Can I get just one STD test instead of the full panel?

Yes! We offer individual STD tests if you only need specific testing:

• HIV test only

• Herpes 1 & 2 test only

• Chlamydia test only

• Gonorrhea test only

• Syphilis test only

Do you offer rapid HIV testing?

Yes! Our Rapid HIV Test provides results in 30 minutes using a simple finger-stick blood sample. This is a t1/2h generation HIV antigen/antibody test (99.9% accurate when performed during the appropriate window period).

Do you take insurance for STD testing?

No, we do not bill insurance companies. We offer direct-to-consumer pricing with transparent, upfront costs. Our Comprehensive STD Panel is $225 - you pay this amount at the time of service with no insurance claims, no waiting for approval, and no surprise bills later.
