Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. No refunds once specimens are collected and sent for processing.A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We may reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Result Turnaround Times: Most tests (drug screening, basic blood work): 24-48 hours QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus: 3-5 business days Hair follicle drug testing: 3-5 business days Specialized panels: 3-7 business days For time-sensitive testing requirements (school, employment, licensing), please schedule at least 7-10 business days in advance and inform staff of your deadline at check-in. Processing times begin when our laboratory partner receives specimens. We cannot expedite external laboratory processing.
