Rapid drug screens give you results in about 15 minutes — before you leave. Lab-based testing typically returns results in 24-72 hours through your secure online portal. We serve Mesa, Apache Junction, and the East Valley.
No — every test is self-pay with one flat, upfront fee, which keeps pricing simple and visits fast. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Cash App, and FSA/HSA cards, and we can provide an itemized receipt.
A government-issued photo ID and your payment method. If your test is for an employer, court, or school, bring any paperwork or reference numbers they gave you so your documentation routes correctly the first time.
No. Quick Test Health Services is a walk-in lab — come by Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, and most visits take about 15 minutes from the moment you sit down. Booking online is available if you'd like to save time at check-in.
Most results are delivered to your secure online patient portal within 24–48 hours. Some specialty panels take 2–3 business days, and you'll know your test's timeline before we collect a single sample.
