Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Trich (urine)
These three are tested from one urine sample. Most people with chlamydia never notice symptoms. When symptoms do appear, usually within 1 to 3 weeks, they include burning when you pee or unusual discharge. Trich is the most common curable STD, and about 70% of people who have it don't know. All three are curable.
HIV, Syphilis, and Herpes 1 & 2 (blood)
