If you are applying for a U.S. green card, visa, or citizenship, U.S. immigration requirements include specific health screenings. The Immigration Screening Panel at Quick Test Health Services in Mesa covers three of the most commonly required tests in one affordable visit for $130. What's Included TB Gold (QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus): The gold-standard blood test for tuberculosis screening required for most immigration applicants. Unlike the traditional TB skin test, the blood test is not affected by prior BCG vaccination and requires only one visit — no return appointment to read results. Neisseria gonorrhoeae (Gonorrhea): Required STI screening per U.S. immigration health standards. RPR with Reflex (Syphilis): Standard blood test to screen for syphilis, required for immigration medical exams. Important Note on Civil Surgeon Requirements This panel provides the required lab work only. USCIS Form I-693 (the official immigration medical exam) must be completed and signed by a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon. If you already have a Civil Surgeon appointment, bring your results to that visit. If you are unsure whether you need a Civil Surgeon, contact USCIS or an immigration attorney. Testing Policy & Important Information Scheduling Requirements If you received a test code from your employer for drug testing or a third party: Do NOT book online Drug Testing hours for that service is: Monday-Friday 7 am-4 pm, Saturday 7 am-1 pm Walk in with your code during these hours Ulta Lab Tests and TB Gold (QuantiFERON) for pre-employment testing with a test code that you received: Must call the office to schedule: (602) 428-4557 Cannot be self-booked online Payment & Refunds All sales are final. If you pay for a test online and later realize you have an employer code or third-party payment, no refunds will be issued—store credit only. Recollections: Blood work is sometimes delayed in transit, lost, or needs to be recollected. While we are not responsible for laboratory delays or lost specimens, we will recollect your sample for free if needed. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-hour cancellation notice required. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We may need to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will contact you as soon as possible. If you need to reschedule your time, we will accommodate your request.
