No walk-ins on Saturday. Payment & Refunds All sales are final. If you pay for a test online and later realize you have an employer code or third-party payment, no refunds will be issued — store credit only. Recollections: Blood work is sometimes delayed in transit, lost, or needs to be recollected. While we are not responsible for laboratory delays or lost specimens, we will recollect your sample for free if needed. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-hour cancellation notice required.
