About This Test: Our most comprehensive STI panel — 9 infections checked from one blood draw, one urine sample, and one self-collect swab. What's Included: HIV testing is an antigen and antibody screen — it looks for the virus and the antibodies your body makes to fight it. Syphilis testing is an antibody screen — it looks for antibodies that show a current or past infection. Herpes Simplex I & II testing is an antibody screen — it looks for antibodies that show exposure to either type. Chlamydia testing is a urine screen — it looks for the bacteria that causes infection. Gonorrhea testing is a urine screen — it looks for the bacteria that causes infection. Hepatitis B testing is an antigen and antibody screen — it looks for active infection and immunity status. Hepatitis C testing is an antibody screen — it looks for antibodies your immune system made in response to the virus. Trichomoniasis testing is a urine screen — it looks for the parasite that causes infection. HPV testing is a self-collected swab screen — it looks for high-risk types linked to cervical and other cancers. What to Expect: Blood draw plus urine collection, a few minutes in-office at our lab on East University Drive at Power Road. HPV swab self-collected in a private restroom. Result Time: 48–72 hours, posted to your secure patient portal. If Positive: Treatment available through our provider for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trichomoniasis, Syphilis, Herpes, and Hepatitis B/C. No walk-ins on Saturday. Payment & Refunds All sales are final. If you pay for a test online and later realize you have an employer code or third-party payment, no refunds will be issued — store credit only. Recollections: Blood work is sometimes delayed in transit, lost, or needs to be recollected. While we are not responsible for laboratory delays or lost specimens, we will recollect your sample for free if needed. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-hour cancellation notice required. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We may need to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will contact you as soon as possible.
