Why Cancer Screening Matters Cancer Statistics for Men: - 1 in 2 men will develop cancer in their lifetime - Prostate cancer: 1 in 8 men - Colorectal cancer: 1 in 23 men - Early detection dramatically improves survival rates What This Panel Checks: PSA Total (Prostate Cancer): Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) is the primary screening test for prostate cancer. Elevated PSA can indicate prostate cancer, enlarged prostate (BPH), or prostate inflammation. CEA (Colon Cancer): Carcinoembryonic Antigen is often elevated in colorectal cancer, as well as breast, lung, pancreas, and stomach cancers. Also used to monitor cancer treatment response. Hepatic Function Panel (Liver Cancer): Liver enzymes (ALT, AST, ALP, bilirubin) can indicate liver disease or liver cancer. Elevated enzymes may warrant further screening. Complete Blood Count (CBC): Screens for blood cancers (leukemia, lymphoma) and anemia that can indicate internal bleeding from cancer. Who Should Get This Test? This panel is appropriate for: - Men 45+ who want basic cancer screening - Men with family history of prostate or colon cancer - African American men (higher prostate cancer risk) - Anyone experiencing unexplained symptoms - Men who haven't had cancer screening in 2+ years - Anyone concerned about cancer risk The American Cancer Society recommends prostate cancer screening discussions starting at age 50 (or 45 for high-risk men). What to Expect Fasting: 8-12 hours fasting required Collection: Simple blood draw (5 minutes) Results: 24-48 hours Privacy: 100% confidential, HIPAA-compliant Important: Tumor markers are NOT definitive cancer tests. Elevated markers require follow-up with your doctor for additional testing (imaging, biopsy, etc.).

Testing Policy & Important Information Scheduling Requirements If you received a test code from your employer for drug testing or a third party: Do NOT book online Drug Testing hours: Monday-Friday 7 AM - 5 PM Walk in with your code during these hours Ulta Lab Tests and TB Gold (QuantiFERON) for pre-employment testing with a test code: Must call the office to schedule: (602) 428-4557 Cannot be self-booked online Saturday: By appointment only. No walk-ins on Saturday. Payment & Refunds All sales are final. If you pay for a test online and later realize you have an employer code or third-party payment, no refunds will be issued — store credit only. Recollections: Blood work is sometimes delayed in transit, lost, or needs to be recollected. While we are not responsible for laboratory delays or lost specimens, we will recollect your sample for free if needed. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-hour cancellation notice required. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We may need to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will contact you as soon as possible. Result Turnaround Times Processing times begin when our laboratory partner receives your specimen: Most tests (drug screening, basic blood work): 24-48 hours QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus: 3-5 business days Hair follicle drug testing: 3-5 business days Specialized panels: 3-7 business days Time-sensitive testing?
