About This Test Four markers that give men a fast, non-hormonal snapshot of general health: full blood count, cholesterol, prostate screening, and cardiovascular inflammation. What's Included CBC — a blood cell count that catches anemia, infection, and other blood-related issues before they cause symptoms. Lipid Panel — total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides. PSA — prostate-specific antigen, the standard prostate health screening marker. CRP — a marker of inflammation tied to cardiovascular risk. Who This Test Is For Men wanting a general annual check without paying for hormone testing they don't need. Anyone tracking cholesterol or prostate health year over year. A starting point before deciding whether hormone testing is worth adding. What to Expect & Preparation Fast for 10-12 hours before your visit for accurate cholesterol results. Testing Policy & Important Information Scheduling Requirements If you received a test code from your employer for drug testing or a third party: Do NOT book online Drug Testing hours: Monday-Friday 7 AM - 5 PM Walk in with your code during these hours Ulta Lab Tests and TB Gold (QuantiFERON) for pre-employment testing with a test code: Must call the office to schedule: (602) 428-4557 Cannot be self-booked online Saturday: By appointment only. No walk-ins on Saturday. Payment & Refunds All sales are final. If you pay for a test online and later realize you have an employer code or third-party payment, no refunds will be issued — store credit only. Recollections: Blood work is sometimes delayed in transit, lost, or needs to be recollected. While we are not responsible for laboratory delays or lost specimens, we will recollect your sample for free if needed. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-hour cancellation notice required. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We may need to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will contact you as soon as possible. Result Turnaround Times Processing times begin when our laboratory partner receives your specimen: Most tests (drug screening, basic blood work): 24-48 hours QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus: 3-5 business days Hair follicle drug testing: 3-5 business days Specialized panels: 3-7 business days Time-sensitive testing?
