About This Test The TRT Bloodwork Panel is built for men and women already on testosterone replacement therapy who want routine lab monitoring without paying for markers they don't need. What's Included CBC (Complete Blood Count) with Differential — a blood cell count that flags whether red blood cell levels are climbing too high, a known risk with testosterone therapy. CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel) — a 14-marker panel covering liver function, kidney function, blood sugar, and electrolyte balance. Testosterone (Free & Total) with SHBG — measures both the bound and usable portion of testosterone in the blood, along with the protein that determines how much is actually available to the body. Who This Test Is For Anyone currently on TRT needing a routine recheck. Not built for someone starting TRT for the first time — ask about a baseline panel instead. What to Expect & Preparation A standard blood draw, in and out in about fifteen minutes. Fasting isn't required for this panel on its own, but let staff know if you're combining it with another test that does require fasting. Result Time Most results are ready in 24-48 hours. Walk-Ins Welcome. HSA/FSA Accepted. Find us at East University Drive at Power Road. No appointment necessary. Testing Policy & Important Information Scheduling Requirements If you received a test code from your employer for drug testing or a third party: Do NOT book online Drug Testing hours: Monday-Friday 7 AM - 5 PM Walk in with your code during these hours Ulta Lab Tests and TB Gold (QuantiFERON) for pre-employment testing with a test code: Must call the office to schedule: (602) 428-4557 Cannot be self-booked online Saturday: By appointment only. No walk-ins on Saturday. Payment & Refunds All sales are final. If you pay for a test online and later realize you have an employer code or third-party payment, no refunds will be issued — store credit only. Recollections: Blood work is sometimes delayed in transit, lost, or needs to be recollected. While we are not responsible for laboratory delays or lost specimens, we will recollect your sample for free if needed. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-hour cancellation notice required. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We may need to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will contact you as soon as possible. Result Turnaround Times Processing times begin when our laboratory partner receives your specimen: Most tests (drug screening, basic blood work): 24-48 hours QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus: 3-5 business days Hair follicle drug testing: 3-5 business days Specialized panels: 3-7 business days Time-sensitive testing?
