Only need testosterone? The Testosterone Blood Test is $119 with a full panel.

Why Choose This Panel?

Testosterone alone doesn't explain most men's symptoms. Thyroid, vitamin D and B12 levels, and the balance between free and total testosterone all change how you feel, and a single testosterone number can look normal while the rest is off.

This panel was built to answer the question men actually walk in with, which is why do I feel like this, in one draw. The report is yours to take to any provider, or to review by telehealth here.

Which hormone test should a man get?

Start with total and free testosterone drawn in the morning; that's the pair every men's health provider asks for. Add TSH, because an underactive thyroid causes the same fatigue, weight gain and low mood as low testosterone and is at least as common.

Vitamin D and B12 round it out: both are frequently low, both affect energy and mood, and both are cheap to fix. If the goal is a treatment decision, the TRT Monitoring Panel adds estradiol, prolactin, LH, FSH and PSA for the full picture.

What If My Result Is Abnormal?

Low testosterone on one morning draw is a reason to repeat it before anyone calls it low; levels swing with sleep, illness and stress. A low vitamin D or B12 is simpler: it's usually corrected with a supplement and rechecked in a few months.

If thyroid is off, the Full Thyroid Panel shows why. Take any flagged result to your doctor or a men's health provider with the report; it saves their intake labs.

What causes low testosterone, and what else should be checked?

Age is the common one; levels drift down from the 30s on. Poor sleep, obesity, heavy drinking, opioids, some antidepressants and chronic illness all lower it further, and a pituitary problem can too, which is why LH and FSH are checked when total is confirmed low.

Before blaming testosterone, rule out the look-alikes: thyroid, anemia, blood sugar and vitamin D. They're in this panel for that reason.

When should men test hormones?

In the morning, before 10 AM. Testosterone follows a daily rhythm and is highest early; an afternoon draw can read low in a man whose morning level is normal. We open at 7 AM.

Fasting isn't required for hormones. If you're sick, badly sleep-deprived or just finished a hard training block, wait a week; those all push the number down.
