Turnaround Time: Your results are posted to your secure patient portal within 48 to 72 hours. Additional testing may be needed at additional cost. If Your Results Are Positive Chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis are curable with antibiotics. Herpes and hepatitis B are manageable, and hepatitis C is curable in most cases with current treatment. All of them do better caught early. You don't have to book a separate doctor's appointment. Our medical provider can review your results and discuss treatment options for many common STIs. Payment & Refunds All sales are final. If you pay for a test online and later realize you have an employer code or third-party payment, no refunds will be issued — store credit only.
