Anyone whose partner disclosed an exposure or a positive result. Anyone due for complete routine screening. What to Expect & Preparation Preparation: Urine collection plus a blood draw. No fasting required. Our staff will give you collection instructions when you arrive. Your Lab Visit: About 15 minutes for both samples. Walk in Monday through Friday, or book online. No doctor's order and no insurance needed — we generate the lab order at check-in. Turnaround Time: Your results are posted to your secure patient portal within 24 to 48 hours. If Your Results Are Positive Chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis are curable with antibiotics. HIV and herpes are manageable, and both do far better caught early. Results reach you privately through your portal, and our team can point you toward treatment. We do not share results with anyone you have not authorized. No walk-ins on Saturday. Payment & Refunds All sales are final. If you pay for a test online and later realize you have an employer code or third-party payment, no refunds will be issued — store credit only. Recollections: Blood work is sometimes delayed in transit, lost, or needs to be recollected. While we are not responsible for laboratory delays or lost specimens, we will recollect your sample for free if needed. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-hour cancellation notice required.
