Our mobile blood draw service in Mesa sends a certified phlebotomist to your home, office, or care facility anywhere in the East Valley. We collect on-site, then process and transport your samples to the lab the same day. Booking a draw for a doctor's order? Have your lab requisition and insurance card ready — the reference lab bills your insurance for testing, and results go back to your ordering provider. What to expect: Your visit is scheduled ahead of time, so you know exactly when we're arriving. Your phlebotomist arrives with everything needed, performs your collection in about 15 minutes, handles all sample processing and transports your bloodwork to your reference lab the same day, and your results are sent directly to your doctor.

Testing Policy & Important Information Scheduling Requirements If you received a test code from your employer for drug testing or a third party: Do NOT book online Drug Testing hours: Monday-Friday 7 AM - 5 PM Walk in with your code during these hours Ulta Lab Tests and TB Gold (QuantiFERON) for pre-employment testing with a test code: Must call the office to schedule: (602) 428-4557 Cannot be self-booked online Saturday: By appointment only. No walk-ins on Saturday. Payment & Refunds All sales are final. If you pay for a test online and later realize you have an employer code or third-party payment, no refunds will be issued — store credit only. Recollections: Blood work is sometimes delayed in transit, lost, or needs to be recollected. While we are not responsible for laboratory delays or lost specimens, we will recollect your sample for free if needed. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-hour cancellation notice required. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We may need to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will contact you as soon as possible. Result Turnaround Times Processing times begin when our laboratory partner receives your specimen: Most tests (drug screening, basic blood work): 24-48 hours QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus: 3-5 business days Hair follicle drug testing: 3-5 business days Specialized panels: 3-7 business days Time-sensitive testing? Schedule at least 7-10 business days in advance and inform our staff of your deadline at check-in.
