Service Description
Have a lab order from your doctor? We'll do the draw. If your physician, specialist, or telehealth provider gave you a lab requisition — paper or digital — you don't have to wait in line at a corporate diagnostic center to get it done. We perform blood draws for doctor's orders at our Mesa lab. Your collection is sent out the same day. We collect your sample by standard arm draw or fingerstick during a 15-minute walk-in visit. No appointment needed. We package your specimen and route it to the reference laboratory (Labcorp or Sonora Quest) named on your order that same day, and your results go directly back to your ordering provider. Your doctor's lab order (printed or sent to us) Your insurance card A valid photo ID One thing to know: Quick Test does not bill insurance. Your flat fee covers the collection only — the reference lab processing your sample bills your insurance directly for the testing itself. Fasting panel? We open at 7 AM, so you can get drawn first and eat breakfast after.

Testing Policy & Important Information Scheduling Requirements If you received a test code from your employer for drug testing or a third party: Do NOT book online Drug Testing hours: Monday-Friday 7 AM - 5 PM Walk in with your code during these hours Ulta Lab Tests and TB Gold (QuantiFERON) for pre-employment testing with a test code: Must call the office to schedule: (602) 428-4557 Cannot be self-booked online Saturday: By appointment only. No walk-ins on Saturday. Payment & Refunds All sales are final. If you pay for a test online and later realize you have an employer code or third-party payment, no refunds will be issued — store credit only. Recollections: Blood work is sometimes delayed in transit, lost, or needs to be recollected. While we are not responsible for laboratory delays or lost specimens, we will recollect your sample for free if needed. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-hour cancellation notice required. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We may need to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will contact you as soon as possible. Result Turnaround Times Processing times begin when our laboratory partner receives your specimen: Most tests (drug screening, basic blood work): 24-48 hours QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus: 3-5 business days Hair follicle drug testing: 3-5 business days Specialized panels: 3-7 business days Time-sensitive testing? Schedule at least 7-10 business days in advance and inform our staff of your deadline at check-in.
