Have a specialty diagnostic lab kit from your functional medicine provider, integrative physician, or direct-to-consumer lab and need a professional blood draw? Bring your kit to Quick Test Health Services in Mesa and we'll handle the collection. We perform the draw per your kit's specific instructions, package everything correctly, and ship your specimen the same day — so your results aren't delayed by a missed collection window. Same-day testing available. Bring your complete specialty kit to your visit — all tubes, instructions, and prepaid shipping materials included in your kit. A simple blood draw and your lab visit takes about 15 minutes. Same-day shipping on specimens collected Monday through Friday. Walk-ins welcome Monday through Friday. No appointment needed. Completely private, professional lab setting.

Testing Policy & Important Information Scheduling Requirements If you received a test code from your employer for drug testing or a third party: Do NOT book online Drug Testing hours: Monday-Friday 7 AM - 5 PM Walk in with your code during these hours Ulta Lab Tests and TB Gold (QuantiFERON) for pre-employment testing with a test code: Must call the office to schedule: (602) 428-4557 Cannot be self-booked online Saturday: By appointment only. No walk-ins on Saturday. Payment & Refunds All sales are final. If you pay for a test online and later realize you have an employer code or third-party payment, no refunds will be issued — store credit only. Recollections: Blood work is sometimes delayed in transit, lost, or needs to be recollected. While we are not responsible for laboratory delays or lost specimens, we will recollect your sample for free if needed. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-hour cancellation notice required. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We may need to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will contact you as soon as possible. Result Turnaround Times Processing times begin when our laboratory partner receives your specimen: Most tests (drug screening, basic blood work): 24-48 hours QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus: 3-5 business days Hair follicle drug testing: 3-5 business days Specialized panels: 3-7 business days Time-sensitive testing? Schedule at least 7-10 business days in advance and inform our staff of your deadline at check-in.
