What if an employee misses their 48–72 hour reading window? The test becomes invalid if the reading occurs outside 48–72 hours. The induration changes too much to be reliable. The employee must be retested from the beginning. This is why we use automated reminder alerts and coordinate batch reading appointments—so misses don't happen

Do we have to set up an account first, or can we send employees to self-pay? No account setup is required to get started today. If you prefer not to establish a monthly corporate billing profile, your employees can simply walk directly into our Mesa lab on East University Drive and self-pay at the front desk. Just provide your employee with a note specifying exactly which testing profile your organization requires (such as a 1-Step or 2-Step PPD), and we will handle the rest on the spot.
