Why Choose This Panel?

Most blood work runs the same way: a lab draws it, a reference lab runs it, a report comes back. The difference here is everything around the draw. You don't need a doctor's order or insurance, you walk in Monday through Friday from 7 AM, you're in and out in about 15 minutes, and the price you see is the price you pay.

Results are posted to your secure patient portal and sent to you by text the same business day the lab releases them. Take the report to any provider, or keep it for yourself. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for blood work.

How much is blood work without insurance in Mesa?

At Quick Test Health Services, routine blood work is $79 for the four basics and $99 for the full annual-physical set, and single tests start at $25. That is the whole price: the draw, the lab and the result. There is no office visit fee, no draw fee, and nothing billed to you later.

You don't need insurance or a doctor's order; every panel is ordered under our physician's standing authorization. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for blood work, and the price on the page is the price you pay at the desk.

What If My Result Is Abnormal?

An out-of-range value is a flag, not a diagnosis. Most abnormal results on a routine panel are mild and explained by something ordinary: dehydration, a recent meal, a medication, a cold. The report marks each value against the lab's reference range so you can see exactly which number is off and by how much.

If something is flagged, you have options. Take the report to your own doctor. If you don't have a doctor, telehealth review of your blood work is available.

Do I need to fast for blood work?

For any panel that includes a metabolic panel or lipids, yes, if you can: water only for 8 to 12 hours. Glucose and triglycerides are the two numbers that move after a meal, and they're the ones compared against a fasting range. We open at 7 AM so you can be drawn and eating breakfast by 7:30.

If you can't fast, you can still be tested. CBC, thyroid, A1c, PSA and testosterone don't depend on it, and a non-fasting lipid panel is accepted for most people by major cardiology groups. Tell us at check-in whether you fasted and it's noted on your result.

What's the difference between the blood panels?

The Essential Wellness Panel ($79) is four tests: a complete blood count, a comprehensive metabolic panel, TSH and a lipid panel. That covers blood cells, kidney and liver function, blood sugar, electrolytes, thyroid and cholesterol. The Quick Test Core 5 Panel ($99) is the same set plus hemoglobin A1c, the three-month blood sugar average, which is the version that matches an annual physical.

The Core 5 Men's Panel ($139) adds testosterone and PSA to the Core 5. The Hormone Balance Panel ($109) is a hormone-only draw: testosterone, estradiol, FSH and LH. Single tests from $25 cover anything you only need one of, and specialty kit draws (you bring the kit) are $45.
